Custom Apparel:
All custom embroidery and printing orders are made to your specifications. As soon as the order is placed, it is confirmed and set to be processed, and the printing/embroidery will begin. Due to the personalized nature of these products, we do not offer refunds or exchanges once an order has been confirmed and processed. This includes, but is not limited to:
Apparel with custom logos, names, or designs
Customized colour combinations
Any item altered or personalized at your request
Standard Apparel:
For standard, non-customized apparel items, we do not offer refunds. All sales are final once the order has been confirmed and processed.
Cancellations:
Once an order is placed and payment is processed, it cannot be cancelled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing the checkout process.
